Grant's Heating and Air has been servicing my property for several years now. A year and a half ago Grant and his team replaced my furnace and installed AC for the first time in my home. It was such a great experience. It was in the high 90's in July. The job was challenging and four and five techs respectfully worked on the project for 10 hours to get it done in one day. 
This is a true team atmosphere where everyone is very well trained on all aspects of the job. If parts or modifications were needed they strategized to complete the job and make sure all systems were working properly. They convened outside after completion and talked about the job, everyone was pleased and tired. Grant's technicians are there to do the job correctly, no matter what obstacles present themselves. They are not paid to "sell" more work; they are there for the customers' needs.

Grants HVAC company has done two major jobs for me at our home in Red Feather Lakes.  Grant and his team are professionals in every way, starting with honest estimates as to what the job would cost and then following through with high quality work on the promised schedule.  I’ve used other plumbing and heating contractors in the Fort Collins area and, for the most part, have been disappointed.  Grant and his staff on the other hand are great and a breath of fresh air in a world where customer service and professionalism are increasingly rare!   I’d give them a 10 out of 10 on every aspect of their work.

We had Grant’s HVAC install a multizone mini split in our home.  We highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.  From the initial assessment to the completion of the job, we were very impressed with the professionalism and quality of workmanship from Grant and all of the technicians.  We could not be happier.

We replaced our LP gas heating system with a new dual fuel heat pump system supplied by Grants HVAC. Grant and his technicians were fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable and good communicators. When our furnace stopped working the large corporation I had been using came out and said I needed a new $800 part or a new furnace, then left. I tried calling them three times to discuss options, but only got a call center.None of my calls were returned.I started looking elsewhere, and contacted two other large corporations as I didn’t know where else to turn.Both the large corporations I contacted spent hours here trying to talk me into not only a new furnace but also a new A/C unit and possibly air cleaner.While contemplating what to do a friend recommended Grant’s Heating and Air, a family owned company.Grant came and inspected our furnace and determined it had a few more years in it and all I needed was a new valve.His technician not only replaced the valve, he also did a thorough inspection ofand cleaned the furnace for less than $500!  

Family owned businesses are difficult to find anymore.I’m so happy to have found Grant’s - a fair, ethical,reasonable, caring, and compassionate company.They treat you like family rather than just another client.

We first used Grant and his team 9 years ago after purchasing our home in Crystal Lakes.  We needed a hot water heater installed and his company came highly recommended by several people in our new community.  Years later we started having problems with our furnace and we didn’t hesitate to call Grant.  His team came a couple of times and replaced parts for a very fair price, they kept that old furnace going for several years before it finally died.  When the furnace quit on us Grant’s team was quick in responding in an emergency situation.  Thank you Grant’s Heating and Air for being an honest and reliable company, we will always use Grant’s in the future.

Hello neighbors, I recently got a message from a local businessman telling his story of business ownership and the intense challenges of running your own business in the current financial and difficult corporate pressures. It was emotional and, I can only think, very personal for him to share to his previous customers.

That being said, I would highly recommend Grant's Heating and Air. He replaced my hot water heater a few years ago and it is working perfectly. He responded very quickly when I requested an appointment, was very knowledgeable about my installation questions and I never felt like he was trying to "oversell" me, even though replacing my unit was expensive. I didn't tell him that was aware the thing was on it's last leg from a home inspection I had about a year before, because ! really wanted to see if he knew what he was talking about and he did. Within 2 days of my first call to him, l was able to take a hot shower.

Please support this local businessman, know that you can trust his professional opinion and know that he is not trying to sell you more than you really need, like many corporate-owned business will do now-a-days.

I highly recommend Grant’s Heating and Air for any furnace/AC work that needs to be done. Grant is knowledgeable, honest, fair priced, prompt, and very professional. When we had a problem restarting our furnace after a power outage, he came right over to help us and made sure we would know how to remedy the problem ourselves the next time. He made a special trip to our daughter’s house to fix an A/C problem, spending time to tell her about different options to take care of her problem. Grant cares about his customers and wants to do his best for them.
